Welcome to Newelty Modern. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with our services, catalog items, and studio orders. Please read them carefully before purchasing or requesting a custom commission.

1. General Conditions

By browsing our collections or submitting an enquiry, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be accessible on this page.

2. Custom Made-to-Order Products

As our furniture items are handcrafted to individual architectural specifications (including choice of premium leather panels, tubular metal finishes, and customized dimensions), all orders are considered made-to-order. Once production of a custom frame begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Delivery and Shipping within the Netherlands

We provide specialized premium white-glove delivery across the Netherlands. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the client upon the handover of goods at the delivery address.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, graphics, and trademarks associated with Newelty Modern are the intellectual property of Newelty Modern and are protected by European copyright laws. You may not copy, replicate, or reproduce our design frames without prior written consent.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We warrant that all products delivered will be free from material craftsmanship defects upon delivery. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all sales agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted solely to the jurisdiction of the Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
